Used Equipment is a Supply Chain with Only One Link
Cost savings are typically the main driver when companies consider buying used plant and equipment. Usually, used machinery can be purchased at prices that are up to 70% cheaper than new. However, there are many more reasons why companies should consider it.
Immediate availability and short delivery times are major benefits, especially given current supply shortages. New manufactured process machines can have very long lead times. However, used plant and equipment is usually always immediately available. A dealer who stocks a wide range of quality used equipment and has good connections in the industry should be able to find something suitable for you quickly, removing several links from the supply chain and saving companies a lot of time.
Perry Process Equipment Ltd has been buying and selling used & refurbished process plant and equipment since 1932 to food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We have plants and machines in stock and immediately available for re-sale back into the process industry, and our own dedicated transport department who will work to get the equipment to you as quickly as possible.
Save time & money on your process plant and equipment.

Mechanical Two Position Sensor
Cyntech are happy to announce the new Microprecision mechanical position detection sensor. This series of mechanical sensors is designed to detect two positions within one single product. The distance between the two positions can be customized to the user’s application between 0.3mm and 1.5mm. The fixed NC and NO contacts activate with no measurable hysteresis. Repeatability is better than 5 µm and depending on cable selection, the operational temperature can go from -40°C up to 130°C. The cable termination can be supplied with a M12 connector.
This unique patented switching mechanism is designed for low voltage applications up to 30 VDC. It is self-contained and can easily be inserted in multiple forms and shapes of housings. The IP67 rated standard housing sizes are M8 and M12 with a pin or ball plunger.
