The MHS Internet host site, www.mhsassessments.com, meets and exceeds USA “HIPAA,” and “FERPA,” as well as the Canadian “PIPEDA” standards for privacy and security of individual client information. MHS’ network complies with privacy laws and requirements to maintain security, confidentiality, and protection of third party personal information. In addition, MHS meets all standards for risk evaluation and mitigation, employee background checks, physical security of the data center, encryption protocol, and disaster recovery.
