MODEX 2018

CARRYMAT C

As soon as a CARRYMATiC train of smart carts is loaded with containers of materials at the supply center or supermarket, the items onboard are already accounted for, scheduled for delivery to the appropriate locations and tracked. No more lost loads or incorrectly delivered parts. In our currently available Manual Mode, a tugger operator simply follows a predetermined route with a train of CARRYMATiC smart carts. The tugger is equipped with a Vehicle Interface Module (VIM) that informs the operator where to go and when to oﬄoad or receive materials. Strategically located smart transfer stations are placed throughout each facility, wherever materials are needed for loading or oﬄoading from the CARRYMATiC train. Through CARRYMATiC WiFi Supervisor Software, constant communication between carts, stations and the VIM eliminates operator guesswork, right down to aligning carts for perfect transfers at each station. Operators use the VIM to command cart operations, never having to leave the tugger to do so.

WHO ARE WE? SEKO Forklift Scale is the North American Distributor for the SEKO precision modular forklift weighing system. Weigh capacities range from 5,000 lb to 20,000 lb for ITA Class II, III and IV hook-type forklift carriages.

WHAT IS THE SEKO FORKLIFT SCALE? The SEKO forklift scale consists of two steel modules, each instrumented with an NTEP certified “S-Beam” type load cell. • The weigh modules are mounted on the forklift carriage, providing one independent weigh module for each fork. (Carriage width is not a limiting factor.) • No modifications of the forks, carriage or truck are necessary. • No special tools or expert knowledge are necessary. • Your own fork selection becomes the weighing platform for floor scale weighing accuracy with forklift mobile convenience. • Installation and calibration can be accomplished under ordinary conditions within an hour.
