FALL 2024

Program Policies Procedures

Please visit the Country Day Clubs Portal to complete the forms and registration. All clubs are on a first come, first-serve basis and registration will open on August 13th, 2024 at 1:00 PM and will close September 2, 2024 at noon. Spaces are limited in many of the clubs, to guarantee the safety and quality of each program so please sign up early. If your student does not wish to continue in a club, immediately notify the LS Clubs Coordinator at lsclubs@miamicountryday.org, before the second class begins. Only then are you entitled to a refund for the remaining weeks. If you make a mistake and need to change or have your student removed from a club, you cannot do it yourself, you will need to notify our LS Clubs Coordinator.

Payment Procedures

This online registration and payment portal is the only way you will be able to register for the After School Clubs. There will be no refunds or changes to clubs after the second class, and charges will be applied to all classes your child is registered. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you choose to switch clubs after the first class, please understand that this is only possible if your new club of choice has spaces available.

Pottery offers a unique outlet for children to sculpt their ideas into one-of-a-kind creations, fostering selfexpression and building confidence. Manipulating clay helps children understand that they have the ability to change something with their own hands and influence the outside world.
