Flexibility + Layering + Levelling to bring dining experience to another level. The intention of this project is also to let people experience the local artisan and farm-to-table concepts by supporting the local community. While continuing the development from the Project 1 “Pop-up Furniture”, I carry out the idea of contrasting the Historical atmosphere with Fined and Neat design elements. The design remain of the essence of the rustic walls and structure to create a different fine dining atmosphere. Since we are having 3 clients at once, I tried to create a concept which something about three. It is how the Name come from. of

By analyzing the 3 client The Farmers, Chef, and pottery Master; they are trying to do farm-to-table concept which I create the middle structure function as farming rack system, and it distribute to every levels of the space. We have Plates display, Kitchen, Dining 1 & 2, these main spaces which I will focus on.

the centre of this restaurant is farming, it dis-

system grows and expands from the interior to
the exterior by extending the tower to reach beyond the building.
