The origins The origins of the company trace back to the 50s. Founded by Raoul Casellato, its first successes came from the extraction and distribution of natural gas in some of the main provinces of the Veneto and Emilia Romagna regions (Padua, Rovigo, Vicenza and Ferrara), as as well as the planning and construction of natural gas distribution nets.
IL CONSOLIDAMENTO 30 ANNI DI PROFESSIONALITÀ, PASSIONE E IMPEGNO L’azienda si consolida negli anni ‘70. Opera oltre che per conto proprio, anche per importanti aziende pubbliche e private, evidenziandosi sul mercato per una sempre crescente professionalità giunta all’apice del mercato in questi anni. Anni in cui ha sempre mantenuto la grande passione e l’impegno delle origini. Si distingue da subito per l’impiego di tubazioni in materie plastiche, come alternativa alle condotte in cemento, amianto e ghisa. Tra i primi in Europa ad utilizzare questo materiale, Enerco S.p.A. ha realizzato in questo modo un grande numero di reti di distribuzione del gas metano e di acquedotti, installando più di 5.000 Km di tubazioni in Italia ed all’estero. L’affidabilità di Enerco S.p.A. è confermata dalle innumerevoli commesse realizzate, dalla rispondenza ai sistemi di certificazione e qualità, ma soprattutto dalla riconosciuta soddisfazione della clientela, pubblica e privata per cui ha operato. The consolidation 30 years of professionalism, passion and hard work The company consolidated in the 70s. It operated, as well as on its own, also for important public and private companies, distinguishing itself on the market for its ever-increasing professionalism, reaching the peak of the market in recent years. Throughout this time, the company always maintained the big passion and commitment which characterised its origins. It distinguished itself from the start, for using pipes made with a plastic material, as an alternative to cement, asbestos and cast iron. Amongst the first in Europe to use this material, Enerco S.p.A. was able in this way to create a big number of natural gas distribution nets and aqueducts, installing more than 5.000 Km. of pipes in Italy and abroad. Enerco S.p.A.’s reliability is confirmed by the numerous assignments carried out, by its adherence to certification and quality systems, but especially by the acknowledged satisfaction of its clients, both in the public and private sectors. In the years its nature as an innovative business, saw it continuously committed to propose new, avant-guard technologies, in particular in the last year, for the use of alternative sources of energy. It also established itself in other construction sectors (planning included), i.e. apart from natural gas and the water cycle, the company has carried out important civil works, road works and energy production plants. ENERGIE RINNOVABILI FOTOVOLTAICO: osservato per la prima volta da Alexandre Edmound Becquerel nel 1839, l’effetto fotovoltaico si basa sulla conversione diretta dell’energia solare in energia elettrica, che avviene nelle celle fotovoltaiche. Esse vengono assemblate a costituire un’unica struttura: il modulo fotovoltaico. L’unione di più moduli forma il pannello, mentre moduli o pannelli collegati elettricamente in serie, per ottenere la tensione nominale di generazione, formano la stringa. Infine, il collegamento elettrico in parallelo di più stringhe costituisce il campo o parco fotovoltaico. BIOMASSA: è la produzione combinata di energia elettrica ed energia termica. La biomassa per eccellenza è l’olio vegetale utilizzato per fornire energia elettrica e termica attraverso impianti di cogenerazione. Un impianto convenzionale di produzione di energia elettrica ha un’efficienza di circa il 35%, mentre il restante 65% viene disperso sotto forma di calore. Con un impianto di cogenerazione, invece, il calore prodotto dalla combustione non viene disperso, ma recuperato per altri usi. GEOTERMIA: sfruttamento del gradiente termico della terra finalizzato al teleriscaldamento e produzione di energia elettrica. E’ possibile sfruttare l’energia termica presente sotto i nostri piedi, trasportandola in superficie grazie all’utilizzo dell’acqua contenuta in sonde geotermiche, che vengono inserite nel terreno a profondità generalmente variabili tra i 60 e i 120 metri. Il calore così ottenuto viene poi integrato con l’ausilio di pompe di calore. Enerco sta investendo nello studio e nella ricerca di progetti innovativi e di risparmio energetico in ambito geotermico.
Renewable Energies PHOTOVOLTAIC: observed for the first time by Alexandre Edmound Becquerel in 1839, the photovoltaic effect is based on the direct conversion of solar energy in electric energy, which happens in the photovoltaic cells. They are assembled and built to constitute a single structure: the photovoltaic module. The combination of more modules forms the panel, whereas modules or panel linked electrically in series, to obtain the nominal generation tension, form the string. Finally, the electric parallel connection of more than one string constitutes the camp or photovoltaic park. BIO-MASS: it’s the combined production of electric and thermal energy. The best bio-mass is vegetable oil used to provide electric and thermal energy through co-generating plants. A conventional plant of electric energy production has a 35% efficiency, with the remaining 65% lost as heat. With a co-generating plant, on the other hand, the heat produced by combustion is not lost, but recovered for other uses. GEOTHERMAL ENERGY: the use of the earth’s thermal gradient in order to provide tele-heating and electric energy. It’s possible to use the thermal energy underneath our feet, transporting it above surface thanks to the use of the water contained in geothermal probes, inserted on the ground at variable depths between 60 and 120 meters. The heat that is so obtained is then integrated with the help of heat pumps. Enerco is investing in the study and research of innovative geothermal energy saving projects.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR Si tratta di un soggetto unico al quale è affidata la “realizzazione delle infrastrutture strategiche”; è qualificato per specifici connotati di capacità organizzativa e tecnico-realizzativa, per l’assunzione dell’onere relativo all’anticipazione temporale del finanziamento necessario alla realizzazione dell’opera in tutto o in parte con mezzi finanziari privati, per la libertà di forme nella realizzazione dell’opera, per la natura prevalente di obbligazione di risultato complessivo del rapporto che lega detta figura al soggetto aggiudicatore e per l’assunzione del relativo “rischio”. Il General Contractor è un insieme articolato e complesso di risorse professionali, che si costituisce come interlocutore unico del Committente per realizzare il Progetto con qualsiasi mezzo, garantendo qualità, tempi di realizzazione e costi certi. Le nuove regole comportano da parte del General Contractor l’assunzione di ogni responsabilità, individuando una nuova figura di Impresa che non può e non deve operare come semplice costruttore sotto la Direzione del Committente. Enerco S.p.A. si propone, quindi, come interlocutore unico del committente del progetto e attraverso un insieme articolato di figure professionali specializzate, realizza l’opera avvalendosi dei migliori mezzi a sua disposizione. General Contractor This is one person who is entrusted with the “implementation of the strategic infrastructures”; this person is qualified for specific tasks of an organizational and technical-implementation nature, for undertaking the burden concerning anticipating the time of the funding necessary to realise the work in its totality or partially using private funds, for the freedom of form in the realisation of the work, for the obligation of the overall result of the relationship that links said figure to the contracting party and for taking responsibility for the relative “risk”. The General Contractor is an articulated and complex conjunction of resources, which presents itself as the Purchaser’s single interlocutor for the realization of the Project by any means, guaranteeing quality, and certain realisation times and costs. The new regulations mean that the General Contractor will have to assume new responsibilities, identifying it into a new figure of Enterprise who cannot and should not operate as a simple constructor under the Direction of the Purchaser. Therefore, Enerco S.p.A. offers itself as a unique interlocutor to the project’s purchaser and, through an articulated set of professional specialised figures, it carries out the work, thanking advantage of the best means available.
