Country Manager, BNP Paribas Real Estate Cesare Ferrero joined BNP Paribas Group in 2010 and has been Country Manager of BNP Paribas Real Estate Italy since then. Previously, was Professor of property financial economics at Bocconi University and Politecnico di Milano.

Founder of Mario Cucinella Architects - MCA With over 20 years of professional practice, MCA has developed extensive experience in architectural design, with particular attention to the issues of energy and environmental impact of buildings.

Managing Director, CRESME Ricerche Spa Architect and consultant to many institutions, he is an expert in strategic analysis and on the construction sector.

Head of the Research Department of the Chamber of Deputies Master degree in political at the LUISS University of Rome, since 1988 he is working for the Chamber of Deputies and in 2003 has been appointed Head of the Research Department of the Chamber of Deputies.

David Philp

Head of UK BIM, Task Group and Mace Graduated in the early Nineties and straight away joined a global infrastructure provider as a Graduate Engineer; he advanced through the company becoming Director of Technical Services and latterly BIM Programme Director. He is now acting as Head of BIM at Mace Group.

Siegfried Wernik

Chairman of the Board of Building SMART e.V. He worked on several projects among which Funkkaserne Nord, residential estate in Munich- Gesundheitscampus NRW - Bavarian State Parliament Extension in Munich - CALEDIO, offices, retail in Stuttgart - Tripoli Greens, government district in Libia and IKEA Flagship Store Germany in Berlin.

Stanford University M.Arch.Eng. in Architecture and Urban Planning, lic.arch., M.CE in Structural Engineering, is pursuing a PhD degree at the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, Stanford University with a focus on Sustainable Design and Construction, specifically the implementation of 3D printing technologies into the construction industry.

Vinci Construction He is in charge of Research Development of VINCI Construction France. He developed several years actions that fall within the context of sustainable development. Since 2008 he is member of the Steering Committee Chair ParisTech VINCI-on eco-design of buildings and infrastructure.

Borio Mangiarotti Thirty years old, graduated in construction engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan, she works for the family construction and real estate company Borio Mangiarotti Spa, founded in 1920. She is currently vice-president of the Junior Group of Assimpredil, the association of construction forms of Milan, Lodi and Monza-Brianza provinces.

Head of Management Systems HS2 Ltd He is currently seconded into High Speed 2 as the Head of Systems and Asset Information, and is ultimately responsible for the implementation of BIM within the project with a view to reducing waste in design, construction, operations and maintenance.

Austria [AT] – WIFO

Massachusetts Port Authority Architect and planner, and with almost 20 years of experience working and managing design and construction projects. She is now Deputy Director of Capital Programs and Environmental Affairs at Massachusetts Port Authority. In her role Dr. Burdi is leading the shift of Capital Programs towards a more innovative, progressive, BIM and Design Technology driven department.

Senior Advisor and Chairman of the Board of Forecon Forecon is an expert company for Construction and Real Estate market and business forecasting. Forecon is the Finnish member of the EUROCONSTRUCT, European Construction Market Professionals-network.

Research and Innovation Manager Italcementi Group Enrico Borgarello graduated in Chemistry at the University of Torino. From 1980 up to 1986 he was Research Associate in EPFL (Ecole Politéchnique Fédérale de Lausanne) and Universityof Montreal working on the application of photocatalysis to the production of hydrogen from water and to the degradation of pollutants in water.

Pietro Baratono

Interregional Superintendent for Public Works for Lombardy and Liguria Master on mathematical modelling hydraulic engineering, within the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport, since 2012 is general director of interregional department for public works for Lombardia and Liguria regions; from 2008 to 2012 was in charge of the II Division of the General Board for territory development and international projects. In the same period was also responsible for the National Transport Plan 2000-2006 and Networks and Mobility Plan 2007-2013.
