Effects of Caffeine on the Body Caffeine's process through the body, and what effects it has on the body are very interesting. Caffeine is very odd because it may have an effect on a person for up to six hours, yet it is not stored in the body. (5) Also the more elevated portion of caffeine may cause people to have anxiety, dizziness, headaches, and jitters, through out these six hours.(5) Also throughout the six hours,
caffeine will cause an increased heart-rate, sweating, , ,production of stomach acid and urine. Having caffeine before going to bed is going to cause an interference with the sleep pattern established.(5) Unfortunately, caffeine can also cause the body to not have enough calcium overtime causing boneless. (5) Caffeine also causes your body to urinate more often because it is diuretic. Also,
Caffeine and Diseases in the Long Run In the long run, there are diseases like cancer and Alzheimer's that can influence peoples lives. Now there are studies showing that caffeine may either raise or lower a persons chanced of getting these. For example, now a high caffeinated drink like coffee may help people protect guard them selves off from Parkinson's disease. (13)
Another study shows that the risk of asthma fell by 28% percent, when people drank three more cups of coffee a day. (13) In a different study people who drank coffee in their midlife had decreased the risk of them getting dementia or Alzheimer's later in their lives. (13)Unfortunately though ulcers are
thought to be caused by caffeine.(9). On the contrary is no facts to prove that coffee causes cancer. (13)There is also no fact that proves that coffee causes heart disease. (13) As you can see there are many ups and downs to caffeine.
people can't have caffeine too much because it will cause high anxiety. "High daily caffeine intake may decrease hand steadiness and increase anxiety," says Russell Keast, Ph.D., a caffeineconsumption researcher at the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences at Deakin University, in Australia.(10) Caffeine's process through the body and effects are definitely very astonishing .

Cutting Back There are many aspects to the process when cutting back on caffeine. For example, if you have a small amount like 100 mg of caffeine a day you already have a high chance of going on the road to a caffeine addiction(5). Once you are on the road, and trying to recover you have
take it slowly but surely because if you go quickly you will get headaches and be irritable. (5)Also when you lower the amount of caffeine you have daily your body will become a lot more sensitive. For example your blood pressure will become lower and you will more
restless and irritable. (9) In a telephone survey, 40-70% of people admitted to experienced withdraw symptoms in their attempt to quit caffeine. (8) Quitting caffeine is definitely a very hard thing to do.
Caffeine in your Diet Caffeine is found in many food products . (1) Things even like the pill Excedrin, milk chocolate, and mountain dew all contain a t 40-50 mg of caffeine. (1) Also
things like weight loss pills have caffeine.(1) There are many things that contain caffeine.
Caffeine in Sports Many sport pros have fallen into the habit of using caffeine pills to make them play better. For example ,Agassi a tennis player, used to have caffeine laced pill fed to him by his own father . (11) Sadly the caffeine part of this action makes some sense because when given caffeine before an exercise the person is proven to
do it more efficiently.(7) Some athletes though (swimmers), that need energy quickly, shouldn’t use caffeine because it doesn’t really do anything.(7)The caffeine also lets the body let go of fatigue, making it good for athletes. Caffeine and sports have great relation to each other.
