Should we Tax fattening foods? One man (Rudy Ruiz) believes that we should begin taxing fattening foods. This would make the more healthy food choices around the same price as the unhealthy ones and thus, the clear and right choice is the more healthy product. This may not work if the customers are so drawn to the unhealthy choice that they choose
flavor over quality. Now the reader must understand that their life does not depend on purchasing apples over your favorite cereal. This means that is you have the choice of eating either a apple, or a snickers bar, take the apple. It may not be as appealing as the snickers but it will help you become a more healthy person.
It is quite simple actually. All that is needed is for someone to eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis and suddenly everyone will become fit and America will no longer be known as the fattest country in the world. One would think that staying healthy would be very easy but it is nowhere near as easy as it sounds. With all the lies that are being fed to us by the food companies it takes an educated eye to see that. It is difficult to decide which is the better product if both seem unhealthy by the name but in most cases, the names are merely businessmen trying to dangle you from your feet to get every last penny to fall out of your pockets and most succeed.
