Experience of Love is a subject matter which captures the reactions of selected individuals ages between 10 - 60. All the participants are East London residents from different ethnic backgrounds answering several questions in relation to the subject matter “Love”. E.O.L reveals their deep, tender ineffable feelings of affection towards a situation,circumstance, thing or something which they hold dearly in their life.

Patricia Agyiri, 55 “ With the person that I fell in love with my perception of Love has really changed, but on a whole generally when I think about love for my children it’s different but in terms of relationship it has.”
Matthew Adeyeye, 23 “Love is a temporary feeling if it is not unconditional. Love has to be exercised when the flame starts to burnout. “
Mispa Amin, 11 “ I love football, I want to be a footballer when I grow up. I love playing it with my friends because I always score�
Munawuar Khoshmashrab, 22 “ I’m not too sure about my perception of love. Sometimes I feel as if it’s a hard thing to love someone but then I think about my love for family and it’s actually not hard at all.”

Zoe Oloya, 18 “ Happy, fulfilled, special, and cared for are the emotions and feelings I feel Everyday because I’m very fortunate to have unconditional love from my family which I feel everyday.”
Ekow ‘Ekcel’ Quagraine, 24 “It was an euphoric feeling greater than unconditional love. The best way to describe this will be…You know how much you love someone until they’re gone because you take their love for granted. Well I felt this powerful force of love everyday without having to take it for granted because I appreciated and really loved every moment.”

Yasiin Khan, 12 “ Chocolate.. When I tasted it I felt really happy because it was tasty and creamy. I don’t have a favourite chocolate but because I have to choose one I’d say Oreo chocolate yum.”
David Antwi Adjei, 24 “ For myself love for someone is doing something regardless of whatever sort of challenges you may have to overcome for the sake of that person. In relation to the sacrifices my mother made in her life for her children.�
