I have 20+ years of Advertising, Marketing and Sales experience; and have enjoyed an enviable track record for hiring, developing, motivating and retaining high performance, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. I have a Juris Doctorate and extensive Human Resources and Operations experience. I sold my International Ad Agency in October of 1999, but retained control of Arlen Medical Education Products, which designed and sold materials that health care professionals used to learn how to treat heart attacks and other medical emergencies. After suffering a freak heart attack of my own in 2005, I decided to change my lifestyle and the focus of my work to that of helping people become more healthy and avoid heart attacks,
