DELIVERY OF GOODS All goods and services ordered for the school must have a School Purchase Order completed by the Business Manager. Goods which have been ordered for delivery to the school, or parcels and packages which come by post and are too large for pigeon holes, are temporarily stored in the Delivery Room in the Administration area. A copy of the invoice is attached to the delivered goods for checking the received items. If items are correct the invoice is directed to the finance office and the goods delivered to the appropriate room The Business Manager monitors deliveries to the school and arranges for delivery of goods to areas concerned.
