PHOTOCOPYING AND PRINTING Photocopiers are located in the Front Office, Staffroom, Languages, Art, Math’s breakout area, the Resource Centre, Science and in Student Services. Access to photocopiers is through the use of individual swipe cards issued to staff via the Front Office. The process to be issued with a card: 

photograph to be taken in Resource Centre (Staff and Students catch up who have missed photography session)

inform the Finance Manager that photograph has been taken

All computers are linked to the photocopiers, allowing staff to print directly to a copier using FollowMe printing software which allows printing to any copier. Printing will only be released when the staff member swipes their card. This software has reduced excessive printing and wasting paper. Printing is held in the FollowMe software for 24 hours. To reduce costs all printing is defaulted to black and white and double sided printing. Staff are allocated a printing budget attached to their individual account and will need to see the IT Team to top up their printing allocation.

Photographs During the school year, students will be given the opportunity to be photographed either in a class group or individually by visiting commercial photographers. Separate photographs are taken during the year for ID cards in the Library/Resource Hub. Students who have represented the school in sport or other activities will also be photographed at various times during the year so that their photographs may appear in the school magazine, after parental permission has been sought.
