Some personal skills and abilities I would bring to the role as Prefect are my organisation skills, good time management and my desire to help my peers. I am a very dedicated person and once I have started something, I will finish it to the best of my abilities. My knowledge of the school on how it works would be beneficial to the school community by helping new students find their way around the school. Helping people who come into the school. I am good at communicating with others, not just to my peers but to people of any age group. Why should the school community vote for me. I think the school community should vote for me because of the amount of dedication I put to tasks assigned to me, in which I try to complete to the best of my abilities. I have also had experience with a few leadership roles at my old primary school and in my previous years at Adelaide High School. With all my past experiences, I have a good understanding of how to be a great leader. With these abilities I can be a great asset to the prefect team of 2019.

What skills and abilities I bring to the role of Prefect. I will bring my leadership skills as I have been captain of multiple sport teams. I will bring my communication skills to this position as I have experience having to communicate in tough times on a volleyball court. Also by listening to others opinions and others within the school community. I am organised and have good time management skills which will allow me to complete both my prefect duties as well as my co-curricular duties while maintaining high grades. Why should the school community vote for me. As I’m a hard working person, this will result in the completion of tasks at a high standard. I’m an approachable person, am welcoming and willing to listen to everyone’s ideas and opinions. I’m a good communicator which will help me express my ideas and opinions to the leadership body and

What skills and abilities I bring to the role of Prefect. The Determination and Persistence to never give up and to always strive to create a safer environment for Adelaide high school.
The Problem solving skills required to take on near impossible challenges whilst working within a team to get the job done as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
The Flexibility to change gears whenever needed and to listen to the voices of the students and team members alike that need to be listened to the most. Why should the school community vote for me. I would like to make it my first priority to listen to suggestions from both my team and the students that help to support the ideals of the school and its values.
Through teamwork and communication I would like to make it so we can all adhere to the ideals of the school and make a safe and fun working environment so that all students can tolerate and understand each other’s values.
Lastly I would like to give back to Adelaide high school and its students through demonstrating leadership qualities so that not only my team enjoy what has been organized but so that the students can appreciate and take the opportunities to have fun and recognize the work they are putting in for the school each day.

What skills and abilities I bring to the role of Prefect. I have great leadership qualities, that I have been able to develop through my roles as Middle School Leader for Magchey, School Captain in primary school and cricket captain for my team. I have been able to develop and display teamwork skills through the many sports I participate in. This has allowed me to communicate well with many people. I am a fairly confident outgoing person, which has helped me with public speaking and the ability to chat to anyone.
Why should the school community vote for me? I enjoy learning and exploring new ideas as a team member to help the school community. I believe I am an approachable person that allows my peers to share their concerns to benefit the school. My personality and enthusiasm for all activities is something that stands out above the rest of the candidates. I have the determination to preserve with any task that I come across. What skills and abilities I bring to the role of Prefect. I am a confident, organized and a kind hearted person who is determined on the task. I am decisive and have the ability to communicate well with my peers and teachers. I am experienced in considering my peers opinions while making any school decisions. I will also bring my managing skills to make sure that the school would run efficiently and effectively. Outside of school, I am also committed to advancing my co-curricular skills and I have been improving upon my leadership skills. Why should the school community vote for me? What skills and abilities I bring to the role of Prefect. Commitment to a service until the very end. - I have been part of many different councils and groups such as the SRC, Air Force Cadets and Peer leaders.
Active engagement within the school community. - I have been participating in numerous events at both the sports days and the swimming carnivals since year 8.
Ability to work as an effective team member. - As a member of teams such as badminton and debating, my communication will make the Prefects function more effectively.

I have exceptional communication amongst other peers and staff, I have the ability to be a good team leader, I’m a positive thinking person, I am able set goals and timeframes and complete all tasks and also have a desire in technology so would have the ability to help the school with any projects involving computer systems. I will be able to provide any assistance amongst students with any issues/suggestions brought up and make things achievable. Why should the school community vote for me.
