after ballad. Finally something fresh on the radio, what is this you ask, one of your rock bands finally broke out of ballad diarrhea and did something different.

The sound is very odd, noisey, grungy but something draws you into it, its different and for the past few years all you’ve heard from your 80′s metal bands are ballad
I don’t know if you were around back then but I was and every band around the early part of 90s was doing nothing but ballads. Something had to change, someone had to do something different. Before you realize it though, the 80′s metal era was over.
Female Bands of Generation Y Generation Y also produced some other bands that were not grunge but still just as awesome.
Some say Nirvana and grunge killed the 80′s but i say it was the other way around.
Some of the best female artist came from Generation Y.
I love 80′s rock but after years of nothing new and them just doing ballads and nothing else,
Natalie Merchant had a few songs in the 90′s but the one that i still love and listen to often
they killed themselves.

Generation Y Final Thoughts If I would have known growing up how much music would become apart of my life in my later years I would have went into some type of a music career or just been a DJ. So I will still love my 80′s rock bands but I will also have a place in my heart
Some of my early Generation Y favorites are Nirvana, Dinosaur JR Toad The Wet Sprocket, Social Distortion and Pearl Jam. The Cure
