Performer Notes When performing this piece, pace your dynamics consistently from start to finish. Do not create abnormal surges of volume.

Measure 10: you have the option to either continue crescendo on C#, or slowly shift into a dense multiphonic that involves the C#. (Growling is an acceptable alternative to the multiphonic option.) Regardless of which option you choose, be as organic as possible.
