Highlights: • In CACT Subregion - AIESEC in Kazakstan for growth in all International Programs and AIESEC Armenia for growth on all Domestic Programs • In FEY Subregion - congratulation to all the countries of this region for growth on the OGX side, especially the GCDP area
In terms of the International Programs: - Overall, growth has been registered for the GCDP programs in most of the cases - We have had as well a 20% growth for overall GIP TN which is major improvement over the global registered growth for this program in Q3 - this clearly shows that we are focusing finally on GIP TN as well - I would like to point out the major contribution of the Central East Region for the overall growth the Cy have registered on all of the Intentional Programs - As fro the Realist Rate, we can clearly see that for GIP there is still a very ambitious planning approach, but still difficulty in delivering the objectives. As for GCDP, a lot of countries are achieving or over-achieving their se objectives In terms of the Domestic Programs: - There is a major drop in performance eon the TMP side which may indicate the lack of activity and members during the summer period - TLP has remained steady in terms of growth, although we can see that the smaller countries have registered growth on this program - this indicates the presence of activity for members - In terms of Realization Rate, TLP is mostly on target but there is still work to be done on the TMP side
• In CE Subregion - AIESEC Hungary and AIESEC Czech Republic for growth on all the International Programs for growth in all International Programs, • In Baltic Subregion - AIESEC Lithuania for growth on GCDP area
• Special Cograts to AIESEC Czech Republic for having both growth on all of their ELD Programs (except TMP) and as well having an over 85% • In EE Subregion - both AIESEC Moldova for growth on the GCDP area and AIESEC Bulgaria Realization Rate for their set objectives for Q3. showed growth on the Domestic Programs Amazing job guys!!!

Some thoughts: In terms of the International Programs: - The situation for Q3 2012 is very interesting in terms of growth: - On the GIP side, we can clearly see hat there is a growth on the Incoming side. Which is on the same growth line as the global performance. But we still have the biggest contribution in the network on the GIP EP side, although we have had a decrease In performance compared to the same period as last years - On the GCDP side, the TN area is stagnating, we have not managed to over-perform last years growth. As for the EP side, our 12% growth is on the same proportion as the global growth for this program In terms of the Domestic Programs: - For the TMP, there is a major drop in performance compared to the same period last year. The same trend is present on global level, which could be due to the following reasons: - Platform issue | lack of knowledge on working with the platform to put the team in the right stage | Focus on Exchange over summer - giving members more International Experiences rather the TMP ones - As for the TLP side, we can see a slight increase in performance, but compared to the global trend, as a region we are loosing a lot of contribution for this program on global level

If you have any questions about the upcoming conference contact the CCP. More news about the conference soon :) AIESEC in Bosnia & Herzegovina This is your opportunity to change one life. Irma Bejdic, an AIESEC member from Bosnia & Herzegovina was severely injured in a bus accident directly after International Congress in 2011. Her family, her city, and her insurance covered 200,000 EUR of medical costs. Now, their funds are running out. Irma was shy to turn to the AIESEC network for help. She said, "There are so many other difficult things in the world. I don't want them to focus on me." But we say: "She could have been any of us!". So, we have decided to help and to reach out to you, the members, the alumni, the families, and friends of AIESEC, to do the same. Irma's family estimates that the remaining surgeries will cost around 150,000 EUR. That's just two euros per AIESEC member, or larger donations from 100 alumni, partners, or entities.
