2. CEE Performance In this section I have analyzed the overall Program Performance of the Region for all the 4 ELD Programs and as well the Contribution of these programs to the global performance.
A. Program Evolution In terms of the International Programs: - For the GI Program, we can see that the pick of realization this summer has moved earlier for July, compared to last year where most realizations where towards the month of August - The ratio between Incoming and outgoing is still balanced for this program and is maintained at an average of 1 outgoing for every 0.7 Incoming - For the GCDP Program we can see the jump of performance as well in the month of July, where we have almost doubled the realization from the month of June - As for the ration between Incoming and outgoing, for the the GCD Program as well we have a balanced ration with an average of 1 Incoming to 0.8 outgoing during the summer period

- For the GI Program, we can see an significant increase in contribution during the summer peak. We have bee providing close to 30% of the global GIP performance, versus only 21% during the period outside the summer peak - For GCD Program, the contribution maintains constant from April to July and is around 21%. This is something to consider as we have lost our advantage of top contributor in terms of GCDP in previous years, when during the peak we would have almost 35% contribution rate

- We can definitely see that we are aligned with the international realization peak and that as well our contribution during this peak has been increasing during the summer period
Jul Aug Sep Oct
- Our performance for the 2 programs during the summer peak has been maintained constant although we can see different fluctuation in the realization of the TM&TL Programs from the global perspective - This in terms also determines our top contribution to the global experiences during the month of July where we where at almost 20% contribution rate - We need to maintain the performance of these 2 programs during the next month as fro the Autumn Recruitment and Projects are coming up
