Conclusions: • As we can see that there is a clear focus from the CEE Countries on GIP Recruitment. Almost ⅔ of the countries have put their resources into a GIP Recruitment for the Autumn Period. Analyzing further, we can see that a clear target for these recruitments are the MT students (around 72%) • In terms of Technical GIP EPs, we can see that our pools around 165 EPs that are available for the network • Although the number is not hight, it is till enough to pilot this initiative and to start a branding campaign around the Technical EPs. • We can also see the main 3 areas which we should focus on: IT, web development, engineering. This will require further analysis as this is a very general background on the type of EPs that have been recruited • As for the future recruitments, we can clearly see that the focus of the Technical EPs is increasing and it will be very promoting in supporting the branding campaign around this Initiative • What next: creating the branding campaign and starting the promotion of our high quality, highly needed Technical EPs. Stay tuned, more to come at IPM 2013.

Name of Projects • Speak your mind • Youth Academy

Purpose of projects:

Conclusions: • As we can see that there is a large number of countries in CEE that are running a similar project. This is a huge potential for us to move forward and create an Umbrella Brand around these projects • We can potentially generate over 2500 TNs with such a PBoX and it can grow into a wonderful CEE movement on iGCDP. • What next: creating the umbrella brand and aligning in terms of JDs and purpose the projects that are within the CEE Region.
