4. CEE Performance In this section I have analyzed the overall Program Performance of the Region for all the 4 ELD Programs and as well the Contribution of these programs to the global performance. GIP Incoming

A. Program Evolution

GIP Outgoing

In terms of the International Programs: - It is quite clear that there is a constant ration among the incoming and outgoing programs for the GIP. For every 2 iGIPs we realize 3 oGIP which tells us that we are still mare performant and proficient at oGIP - We can see an increase in performance at the beginning of Q1, which means that the increase in Ma and Ra from Q4 is finally paying off both on both GI sub-programs - As for the GCDP, we can clearly see the winter peak happening for the iGCDP in Jan, but we are still no able to create a peak on the outgoing GCDP side.

- In terms of the distribution, there is a very evident increase in TLP realizations. This means that we are assigning more and more TL positions and they are working with either less and less people, or are the team are very diversified and members are working under more that 1 TL

In terms of the Domestic Programs: - For the last 3 months the overall performance of TMP & TLP has been constant. This means that we still have an issue with assigning the new recruited members from autumn on the platform

- For the GI Program, we can see an significant increase in contribution during the winter peak. We have bee providing more than 30% of the global GIP performance, versus only 21% during the period outside the summer peak - For GCD Program, the contribution maintains constant from Oct to Dec and is around 21%. But there is a very big increase in contribution in the Winter Peak in Jan. Over 25% of the Global GCDPs have been provided by CEE

GCDP CEE

6600

- We can definitely see that we are aligned with the international realization peak and that as well our contribution during this peak has been increasing during the winter period as well

- Our performance for the 2 programs during the winter peak has been maintained constant although we can see different fluctuation in the realization of the TM&TL Programs from the global perspective - This in terms also determines our top contribution to the global experiences during the month of Nov where we where at almost 20% contribution rate - We need to maintain the performance of these 2 programs during the next month as for the Spring Recruitment and Projects are coming up
