Make Connections At The 2023 Business Exchange On May 9

On Tuesday, May 9, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at the Oasis Conference Center in Loveland, the GCNKAA will host its Annual Business Exchange - a program that allows associate members the opportunity to meet property management decision makers in five-minute meetings. As of print of this newsletter, 21 local and national property management companies have committed to host a booth at this year’s Business Exchange. For the list of attendees visit www.gcnkaa.org.

Gcnkaa Celebrates Multifamily Housing

More than 100 people joined the GCNKAA to Celebrate Home during our Annual Apartment Housing Day social event held this year at Factory 52 Apartments on Wednesday, April 19.

Day At The Races Set For May 18

Due to your request, the Day at the Races returns again this year in May! That’s right! On THURSDAY, May 18, 2023, the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association once again hosts this annual favorite at Belterra Park.

This year at the Day at the Races, the gates will open at 11 am with lunch at 12 pm. Post time is 12:35 pm. Several package options are available.

• Package 1 ($800): includes reserved table for 10, hot lunch*, 2 drink tickets per person, signage in private room, company listed in monthly Apartment Advantage, free parking.

• Package 2 ($240): includes two admissions to Belterra Park, hot lunch*, 2 drink tickets per person, signage in private room, company listed in monthly Apartment Advantage, free parking.
