I adore traveling the world and feel just as comfortable in a ball gown performing on stage in front of thousands as I do in my yoga pants chilling out with my kiddos.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS As the Global Empowerment Coach through my motivational media company Inspiring Lives International - I have multiple levels of working with the women of the world through coaching and course curricula. As a former doctoral professor for a decade who holds a U.S. Patent in training adult learners, I feel that investing in education and knowledge is one of the best ways to achieve success. My signature course is the EmpowerU Master Class and it helps women to find inspiration, empowerment, balance, and abundance. It is based on my Common Threads trilogy which was written from research and interviews for my Empowering Women Radio Show. WHAT IS YOUR DREAM VACATION? My dream vacation is one in which I travel to meet with the women leaders of the Global Sisterhood from Africa to visit Kemi who runs our Entrepreneur College to Nepal to finally hug Dr. Meena who has taught over 87,000 women to read and write. I would love to do a world tour and end on the beaches of Mauritius. WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE THE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED?

I just went through a very painful divorce that I did not expect during the global pandemic. That really threw me for a loop, but yet, I know that I am a fantastic single mom who can run her businesses and non-profit and help women around the world!

WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHERS IN YOUR INDUSTRY? My creativity, passion, love of the stage (I was raised in the theater), and my huge heart. Plus, I am a connector of powerful women internationally with genuine life-long friendships around the world. AS A GLOBAL EMPOWERMENT COACH, WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE SOMEONE WHO MIGHT BE STARTING OUT? I would tell a client who is starting out coaching that you need to be a life-long learner yourself. Invest in yourself and your journey. Mentor others with what you have learned and have mentors from whom you are learning. Never fear change and pivot when needed. Know your worth and visualize your dream business. Then take the action steps to make it happen for you and those you serve!

HOW DO YOU SERVE OTHERS, IN YOUR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL LIFE? I am the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Sisterhood 501(c)(3) charitable organization which helps women and children internationally. I lead the Executive Board of Directors in initiatives to support women in need through the #PopUpGiving program wherein women and organizations come to the Global Sisterhood for help. Through Charity Partnerships, the Global

Sisterhood supports a wide variety of important nonprofits with missions that help women in the areas of domestic violence, homelessness, poverty, single mothers, disabilities such as autism, illiteracy, and much more. A few of the vital initiatives that I have guided and helped garner funds are all led by women leaders who received international scholarships for Dr. Shellie Hipsky’s signature EmpowerU Master Class. Some of these initiatives and movements in countries around the world include but are not limited to, Nepal: Dr. Meena has helped teach over 80,000 women and children how to read and write; plus, the town has clean water from a well that was needed so the women no longer have to walk hours daily for water. Pakistan: Sister Zeph transformed her school for children into a brick and mortar learning environment from dirt floors in a courtyard and the school serves the academic, social, entrepreneurial, and healthrelated goals of the students. South Africa: Haseena and Shameena have been supported in their Empowerment Circles for

internationally also, the leadership school was created to help young women rise up with the support of their mentors. Africa: Kemi has been leading our entrepreneurial college for women to thrive with their own successful businesses. Afghanistan: Sadiqa is the leader of a university that is working to educate over a thousand women who are no longer able to attend college due to new gender laws. We are working with her to help support her in creating the Infrastructure for her online university. In the states, multiple projects have occurred that have transformed the lives of the women in the U.S. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE?

HOW DO YOU BALANCE WORK, FAMILY, AND MENTAL HEALTH? I am very dedicated to staying healthy mentally and emotionally even during life's struggles. Tayna Bayshor is an EmpowerU Master Class Alumni whom I have learned from, as her expertise is in being a Certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coach and I was blessed to not only have her in my latest cohort but to be able to heal emotionally because of her coaching during a difficult time in my life.
HOW HAS YOUR STORY MADE YOU A STRONGER PERSON My story has had many chapters, twists, and turns, but through all the times I have been betrayed or hurt ... I still lead with love. I have simply learned to have boundaries and to protect my blessings. WHO ARE THE MAKERS OF YOUR LEMONADE? My mother and father are an incredible support system to me.
