Working as a curator and talking to visitors at the exhibitions made me understand the gap that exists between the artist and the viewer. So I started to write a few words about my emotions while painting and offer the short write up as a key together with the image hoping to open the mind of art interested viewers.

! ! ! My work is an exploration of the abstract, with like dance strokes and the vibrations of color. Light, movement, nature, thoughts and new spirituality with scientific grounding are essential to my work. I aim to pull the viewer into the canvas using images, colors and words, and enable him to see the beauty of this world and open his mind.
! Michelle Hold, born in Munich, grew up in Austria. She started studying architecture in Austria. She lived in Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Munich, where she attended various art and textile design classes and subsequently worked as a textile designer in Milan. She has exhibited in New York, Miami, Shanghai, Nantung, London, Paris, Lisbon, Berlin, Vienna, Cologne and in Italy, received many prizes and her works are found in private collections. Her last solo exhibition ‘Warriors of Light’ was in London at Debut Contemporary in 2015.
