With so many Black communities morphing into upscale White communities around the city what are Black people both as residents and business owners to do to hold on to what they have? To discuss those issues, Martin had a local all-star panel of MacArthur Grant winner photographer Latoya Ruby Frazier; CEO of Urban Innovations21 Bill Generett; film maker of “East of Liberty A Story of Good Intentions,” Chris Ivy; City Lab and Pop City e-zine founder Eve Picker and Owner and operator of Café Con Leche, Tara Sherry Torres.
