The group leaders played an essential role in assisting the facilitators to verify commitments during pandemic. Pregnant women and lactating mothers in urban areas reduced their visits to health facilities. Internet cost is a key concern for the beneficiaries to access online learning for their children. The caregivers have been working to earn additional income for the family, and have reduced their availability to assist the elderly or those with severe disabilities in social welfare access.
