A Shortlist of 2-3 top candidates per position within 18-21 working days (depending on the volume of the requirements). Interviewed & Pre-qualified. Shortlisted Candidates meet a minimum of 8 point out of 10 point fit vis a vis. The shortlisted candidates will be available for a face to face or webcam/ phone interviews. Once selected, the candidates will be available for a maximum period of 30-60 days.

Health & Documents The candidates will complete the medical examinations, passports, police/NBI clearances, passport application/renewal (if any) within a maximum period of two weeks.
Accreditation & Registration Upon receipt of the accreditation/registration documents (if they are in compliance to the format prescribed by Andrews), Andrews Consultig will complete the registration of the client at the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) within 15-25 working days.
Good to Go Upon receipt of the working visas and assuming that the Employer is already registered at the POEA, Andrews will complete the POEA processing of the seletected candidates within 2-3 working days after which, flight reservations can be made for the candidates.
