Art. Culture. Identity and Lifestyle. These four pillars of Midas Magazine are representative of narratives found in the art-and-culture publication. Midas, founded at the height of the pandemic in 2020, is an entirely student-run and produced publication that publishes once an academic semester. As part of Student Niner Media, Midas Magazine is the newest addition to the growing culture of student journalism at UNC Charlotte. As per the namesake, Midas aims to shed light on the gold found right within the Charlotte community - from up-and-coming artist interviews and features on street-wear hijabi brands to striking critiques of class in movies -find all and more right here at Midas.
