Where Business Meets Adventure
Nestled along the Miles River in the historic town of St. Michaels, MD, the Inn at Perry Cabin boasts a wide range of amenities set against the backdrop of understated luxury in an intimate setting. Part of the Legend Collection with Preferred Hotels and Resorts, the hotel was built in 1816, giving it a cool, historic vibe anchored by its nautical heritage.
Located within walking distance of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, a winery, brewery and a distillery in St. Michaels, as well as the adjacent Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, groups can enjoy plenty to do in town.
“Our own fleet of luxury sailboats and our stunning 45foot Hinckley Yacht, plus kayaks and paddleboards - all offered through our waterfront activities program - are customizable for your group’s next team building event,” notes Joann Jacobs, national sales manager, Inn at Perry Cabin.
Group activities at Inn at Perry Cabin can include a competitive sailing regatta, or a few hours on one of the hottest new 18-hole golf courses on the East Coast - The Links at Perry Cabin, Pete Dye’s final masterpiece course design. The property also features eight high- definition golf simulators, and three Har-Tru tennis courts, as well as a tennis program.
The Spa at Perry Cabin is focused on the botanical art of wellness, and offers therapeutic treatments for restoration and healing.
A full-property renovation completed in late 2019 included all 78 guest rooms, meeting space, and indoor and outdoor space with constant refurbishment taking place, as well.
“The Cove! is the newest addition to our exclusive list of scenic outdoor venue spaces,” asserts Jacobs. “The Cove is located within a secluded corner of the inn’s lush gardens - conveniently set adjacent to the pool. This sought-after area is surrounded by a wall of mature seasoned arborvitae overlooking Foggy Cove. The space is accentuated with footing of blue stone and features a custom designed tent.”
Complete with an award-winning culinary team, a waterfront restaurant and cozy pub (each with its own wood burning fireplace), unique meeting space, public spaces in which to “escape,” 25-acres of unique and open waterfront property, and exciting and unique group activities and team building options, Inn at Perry Cabin can deliver a memorable experience for any group.
