Where Nature + Urban Life Meet
Our Purpose
Midway’s purpose is to create enduring investments and remarkable places that enrich people’s lives.
Midway’s purpose is to create enduring investments and remarkable places that enrich people’s lives.
Our values and remarkable people who share our values are the foundation upon which Midway is built.
We do what is right no matter what. Authenticity and transparency are central to our conduct; we say what we mean and honor our word.
It is never an accident. Passion is the fuel that drives us forward. We can accomplish the unthinkable with a passionate group of people working toward common goals.
Change is inevitable.
We instinctively look at the world with open eyes and anticipate change. This gives us the resolve to differentiate ourselves from the commonly accepted formula.
Thoughtfulness & innovation mark our work.
We believe quality results from our high intentions, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.
We take responsibility & create change. We strive to make a difference, regardless of obstacles and resources.
Success is achieved when everyone wins. When we succeed together, without worrying about who gets credit, we succeed with humility.
In everything we do. Urgency
Working with a sense of urgency is critical in everything we do. We act promptly and with intention, striving to make things happen efficiently and effectively.
To whom much is given, much is expected. Our talents were not given to us solely for our benefit and success but also to enable us to give back and make a positive impact in the lives of people in the communities where we live and work.
At Midway, we are passionate about building remarkable places that endure, and sustainability is at the forefront of our approach.”

■ The Upper Kirby Management District approached Midway to help reactivate moribund Levy Park, a 6-acre urban park

■ TIRZ 19 partnered with Upper Kirby District Foundation to fund over $10 million in public park amenities, transforming Levy Park into a world-class urban space
■ To reenergize the boundaries of Levy Park, Midway created Kirby Grove, a master-planned, mixed-use development containing Class-A office and retail buildings and a 270-unit luxury mid-rise residential tower
