Watermark District BRANDING, COLLATERAL DESIGN WATERMARK WATERMARK DISTRICT The word Watermark was the rst to come to mind as a potential name for the future mixed-use district, as it was inspired by the beautiful pieces of watercolor art that were left behind at ConocoPhillips’ campus. Additionally, we also think this name could have a deeper meaning of giving a nod to the water features that will become so prominent in the district, as well as the district making a mark on the Energy Corridor as being a destination for residents, employees, and visitors alike.
