Feeling Above the Sky! Since the site is nearest to the airport, the concept is about imitating the feeling of flying that people get when they get on a plane. The Idea behind the hotel is to create a unique atmosphere from both the inside experience of the user and the outside mass of the building, and to create open grean

spaces as a way to get people to interact. This project is comprised of retail spaces, hotel and a wedding area with each part containing many different features and many advantages.

Quality Neighborhood Made for: University | Year: 2020 | Concept: Changing the traditional neighborhoods in Saudi Arabia into spaces that merge the human spirit with the built area

Neighborhoods and districts in Jeddah like all other cities in KSA suffer from many different issues at urban, environmental and social level. These issues we belief are common due to the repetition of the same mistakes in planning and designing neighborhoods with no consideration of important qualities that developed societies adapts. In this search, we will focus on understanding qualities that formulate quality

Neighbourhood and how we can adapt them in order to make livable neighborhoods and districts. The journey of creating this neighborhood plan was based on many theories of urban design which were invistigated and analysied to come up with the best theory and work our way throw it. some of the theories were: the beautiful city, new urbanism and Placemaking

The design of neighborhood was divided into four different stages: General Research, Focus research, Pre-design activities and Design development. Firstly, we looked through many different references into urban design and neighborhood design, then we focused on the theory of new urbanism, then we made case studies and surveys and finally we conducted the design development from concept to the final detailing

Vertical cities hold the key to solving overpopulation and overcrowding. Rather than destroying forests and swamps to build houses, shopping centers, and factories, they can be placed in a vertical tower, serving to preserve the environment. Sky high construction enhances available living and working space, which reduces the impact of overpopulation. In a vertical city, people would live, work, and go to school. Vertical towers also hold the key to preserving natural resources.
