Architect and urban planner with an interest in co-creating spaces, activating territories and invigorating municipalities, graduated from the School of Architecture Art and Design of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (Tec de Monterrey / ITESM-EAAD ´14), with specialized studied in bioconstruction, alternative energies, BIM methodology, parametric urbanism, generative architecture and emerging technologies. 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading large scale end-to-end projects in collaboration with investors, startups, civil associations, government and international practices, having executed 10.5M+ SF of urban development, public space, office, hospitality, retail, and residential projects across 3 different countries and 7+ cities.

"Bienestar Comunal", study of the relationships and dynamics of the binationl metropolitan border " El Rio Grande" through the analysis of the territorial, regional and urban scale to propose lines of action and intervention prototypes that propose alternative narratives to the current typically divisive and excluding discourse, in relation to the cultural, social, economic, logistics and mobility dynamics of people and future merchandise for the Los 2 Laredos metropolitan area. Proposes to repair and reorder the fragmentation within the municipality of Nuevo Laredo with a sustainable, healthy, safe and solidarity vision; rescuing and reusing its urban rubble, promoting border treatments as an urban healing tactic that produces communal and metropolitan ecotones to build on the remains of the city, honoring the memory of the territory, evolving from the rubble city to the metropolitan ecotone.
