Miguel Patiño work portfolio, architect and urban planner with an interest in co-creating spaces, activating territories and invigorating municipalities, graduated from the School of Architecture Art and Design of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (Tec de Monterrey / ITESM-EAAD ´14), with specialized studied in bioconstruction, alternative energies, BIM methodology, parametric urbanism, generative architecture and emerging technologies.
8+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading large scale end-to-end projects in collaboration with investors, startups, civil associations, government and international practices, having executed 10.5M+ SF of urban development, public space, office, hospitality, retail, and residential projects across 3 different countries and 7+ cities.
