The gala celebrated the 50th anniversary of UHealth Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center which is the only NCI Designated Cancer Center in South Florida. The gala had more than 400 members and the master of ceremonies was the renowned host Javier Romero from Univisión who was recently named to the Radio Hall of Fame, being the third Hispanic in history and the first Cuban American.
