HCA Florida Mercy Hospital anuncia a Maidoly Martinez como Directora Auxiliar de Enfermería
HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, un centro médico integral que ha estado sirviendo a la atención médica necesidades del sur de la Florida durante más de 70 años, ha nombrado a Maidoly Martinez como Subdirectora de Enfermería.

Este movimiento es una progresión natural para Martínez. Comenzó en Mercy en 2014 como una enfermera registrada en los Servicios de Salud del Comportamiento, subiendo constantemente de rango para servir como directora del programa de salud conductual para pacientes hospitalizados y ambulatorios Servicios.
El cargo más reciente de Martínez es directora de Mercy ‘s 8 Carroll, Unidad de Neuro/ Accidente cerebrovascular Telemetría.Martínez obtuvo una maestría en liderazgo ejecutivo de enfermería y su licenciatura en enfermería de la Universidad del Gran Cañón.
Ella es actualmente completando el trabajo de posgrado para obtener su enfermera practicante grado de la Universidad de Walden.
Martínez también es profesor adjunto, miembro de la Universidad Nacional de Florida, donde enseña y supervisa a los estudiantes de enfermería en entornos clínicos.

HCA Florida Mercy Hospital announces Maidoly Martinez as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer
HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, a comprehensive medical facility that has been serving the healthcare needs of South Florida for more than 70 years, has named Maidoly Martinez as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer.
This move is a natural progression for Martinez. She began at Mercy in 2014 as a registered nurse in Behavioral Health Services, steadily moving up the ranks to serve as program director of inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health Services. Martinez’s most recent position is director of Mercy’s 8 Carroll, Neuro/Stroke Telemetry unit.
Martinez earned a master’s degree in nursing executive leadership and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University. She is currently completing post master’s work to obtain her nurse practitioner degree from Walden University. Martinez is also an adjunct faculty member at Florida National University, where she teaches and supervises nursing students in clinical settings.
“Maidoly is an exceptional healthcare leader who has earned the trust and respect of her colleagues and we are happy to welcome her to our executive leadership team,” said David Donaldson, CEO of HCA Florida Mercy Hospital. “We know she will able to lead our nursing teams in significant ways across the entire hospital when she assumes her new position.”
