The project is understood as an infrastructure arising from the extension of the public space of the district of San Jerónimo (Seville) into the interior of the building, generating a path for the residents of the neighbourhood that ascends to the roof, from where they can appreciate the views of the river Guadalquivir. To this end, the building is developed vertically along two parallel ramps destined for different programmes: one for community use, which contains the accommodation for the residents of the cooperative, and another of a public nature, accessible to any visitor, which contains a set of local workshops in which the cooperative members will develop their own micro-economies.
The programmatic spaces of each ramp will be located on horizontal platforms attached to the ramps in a staggered manner. These platforms have been conceived as plots that allow free combinations and configurations of the spaces built on them according to the needs of the users. In this way, the complex behaves as flexible support that has the basic services to be colonised by the users. On the arrival at the cooperative, users will be provided with a manual containing the rules for colonising the available plots. The building will function as a living organism that will be adaptable over time to the requirements and transformations of the community.

The reactivation of urban areas through culture and entertainment is the main function of the Homo Ludens-Sapiens Mobile Pavilion. Attached to bridges in different cities, it will become an urban element that aims to attract the public to enjoy reading thanks to its library programme, or borrowing games to revitalise the area in which it is located.
Its envelope behaves like a multifunctional skin formed by a succession of ribs or pieces that guarantee its polyvalence as shelves, seats, stairs, reception and sifter of incoming light (sunlight) and outgoing light (night-time permeability of artificial light).
The structure, which can be adjusted to the different heights of the bridges and the materials used for its construction (laminated wood and curved cellular polycarbonate) reduce the environmental impact of the construction by reusing the pavilion itself in different cities or recycling its components.

The Albert Tower, 1956, is a historic residential building in the city of Paris developed on 22 floors with a large void on the sixth floor which creates a terrace-viewpoint space. It is considered a historical monument for being one of the first skyscrapers built in the city.
The proposal aims to rescue the concept of the terrace space on the 6th floor, connecting it with the rooftop of the complementary building, through a workshops area as a public elevated square covered by a geodesic bamboo infrastructure, where the neighbours will be able to develop their own microeconomics. The community sense will be extended through a public way or interior street from the workshops area to the top of the tower, solving the lack of coexistence spaces and allowing people to go up stepwise through them.
This way will include different functional programs to activate the common spaces, and it will be completed by a viewpoint and civic centre on the last floor. Houses will be developed around the public street, keeping a privacy gradient and improving the relationship between the neighbours. In this way, the tower would work as a little neighbourhood with a square, street, functional programs and housing.

PEDESTRIAN MOBILITY AND URBAN TRANSPORT
The entire intervention is easily walkable, in some cases using the pre-existing pathways. The blocks are raised off the ground to facilitate pedestrian mobility, offering visual connections between spaces. In addition, an urban bus stop is added, encouraging mobility by public transport and connecting the neighbourhood with the city centre.

BLURRING THE CITY LIMITS
Introducing nature into the spaces of a residential neighbourhood. Loss of the urban edge and fusion with the rural environment.
LANDSCAPE GENERATING MATRIX
The blocks are generated from a grid drawn as a product of the possible routes established from the relationship between pre-existing buildings and points of interest in the new development.
ROADS RESTRUCTURING AND CAR PARKS
The existing roads will be integrated and their sections and uses will be changed. The old existing rural paths are also considered for the development of the new road network. The car parks are not located on the edge of the road but on the restricteduse roads that serve each block.
CONTINUITY OF THE PUBLIC SPACE
The public spaces, designed for the pedestrian, not for the car, are visually and spatially related to each other, creating a sequence of routes and connected squares. In the centre of the area, a green axis maintains the pre-existing stream and creates a space for interaction between nature and the neighbourhood. In the north of the area, another large green space acts as a connection of the new area with the rest of the city.
