PROJECTS
Started as an architecture firm with experience on local and international projects, we entered the real estate development segment with the aim to deliver a superior product. Our approach is focusing in archieving a perfect match between the architectural concept and the real estate investment. The vision of the architect transformed into a real estate developer creates unique possibilities and solutions translating in a high standard of living and remarkable buildings.
Having an eight-year experience of providing residential and commercial architectural design services, in 2013 we launched our first residential project, Dupa Iniste 60, a small scale 10 units-development, located in the Schei area. Other projects currently are in the analysis, design, pre-permitting and final construction phases.

We are determined in defining the real estate development as a process driven by the architectural concept coupled with an efficient and solid investment strategy. REDESIGN intention is to deliver a premium product with unique elements and real added value for the end user. Thus, we pay more attention to all the elements, starting from the pre-permitting, permitting and design phases as well as during construction works.

HARMONIOUS INTEGRATION INTO THE LANDSCAPE Low height regime, green roofs and terraces, gardens and coloring dominated by natural shades (materials in tones of green, brown and gray for facades and roofs, natural stone and jardinière used for separation of terraces and gardens).

The specific urban scale of the area is followed and continued with the same type of superior, small and medium sized “Villas”, characteristic of the hill area of Schei.

Landscapes are dominated by vegetation and natural elements to the detriment of mineral or built ones.

ABUNDANT VEGETATION The green areas to cover half of the site’s surface (circa 5,800 sqm). The rainwater is collected in specially designed tanks to be used for irrigating green spaces.

QUICK ACCES FROM POIENII ROAD The access is made from Poienii Road, at km 3. The entry is quite direct, but the area remains shielded from the traffic through a green zone, making Stejeris private and protected from the noise.

Imperceptible from the main road STEJERIŞ becomes almost a secret
TWO ENTRY POINTS Main access from Aleea Dealul Spirii and secondary access from Piscului St., which connects rapidly in 150m with Poienii Road. The central circulation clearly separates the buildings above the road with underground parking spaces from those in the valley with private gardens.
Using the slope profile, the buildings in the valley are below the hill level, all apartments getting a direct view of the panorama
RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE The low build-up density and the attention for details is felt in the generous green surface (over 50% of the area) and in the buildings’ small sculpted volumes dominated by natural-tone materials at the expense of the mineral ones.
