Gabriel Mihalea

Gabriel Mihalea graduated, after six years of study, with a Master in Architecture Degree, the “Ion Mincu“ School of Architecture in Bucharest. While being a student and for a short time afterwards, Gabriel worked with the architect Dorin Stefan within his private architecture office DSBA, at national and international projects and competitions. During this period he won the 3rd prize at Taiwan Tower International Competition 2011. Recently, he was part of professor Livio Dimitriu teaching team at Pratt Institute, for the2012-2013 academic year, and part of his research team for a volume on architecture theory and history scheduled to launch in the USA and abroad in 2014. Currently, he is an Architectural Designer in New York City, his project for “Envision 2040“ international competition was selected among finalists and his project for eVolo 2013 competition was published in “eVolo Skyscrapers 2“ book in March 2014.
