SuperNano Sessions These sessions are for large teams, conferences, and entire companies. Sessions are named "SuperNano" because we average 12 people per hour, 96 per day at a single shooting station. Your customers are checking LinkedIn and your web site after one of your staff contacts them. Having a consistent companywide look improves credibility and lends professionalism. Human resource and marketing teams often request headshots from company personnel and receive a range quality and styles. Headshot specifications are a natural extension of your branding guidelines and SuperNano sessions are a great way to bring the standard to the whole company. We bring the studio to you and each person selects their image at during their session to eliminate the delay of posting proof galleries and hounding people for a selection. Each Individual Session
We collaborate by doing live reviews on an attached (tethered) to the camera 17" laptop so each person can see which expressions and angles are working best, plus they have the opportunity to review their hair and clothing. By collaborating this way, we are sure to capture everyone's best headshot ever. When they leave the session they come away knowing exactly what will be delivered. Yes, all this in a few minutes per person. Even executives? Not always. Sometime, times we schedule an executive session where we allow more time or bring a stylist and makeup artist. Investment* Large Team Location fee: 250 Plus per person: 35 Minimum 100 people. Includes basic retouching on one file per person selected during session. One 8 hour day.
Small Team Fee: 500 per hour 1015 people per hour Includes basic retouching on one file per person selected during session. One hour minimum, additional time in 1/2 hour increments.
*All fees are reproduction license fees.
FAQ Four minutes per person? Mike is extremely experienced so yes, 15 people per hours is reasonable. What about cropping? Our original file includes the top of heads and enough space to crop for your corporate look. What about clothing? We have guidelines we will send to you for distribution before the session. What is included with basic retouching? Blemish removal, eye and teeth whitening as needed, laugh line, eye circles, etc. are reduced. We prevent the over retouched look. Reduced eye glass glare, braces removal, and stray hair removal. Can I have a different background? Yes, this is reviewed and confirmed in advance.
