Il piacere e il relax proseguono in un crescendo di emozioni nella parte umida delle piscine: una splendida vasca con acqua riscaldata a 30° sormontata da una piramide di vetro, che offre cascata cervicale, blower, lettini effervescenti, nuoto controcorrente, pozzetti idromassaggio. Non manca il percorso kneipp, che permette la vascolarizzazione degli arti inferiori grazie alla camminata sui sassi di fiume abbinata al getto idromassaggio.

Pleasure and relaxation continue in a crescendo of emotions in the humid part of the swimming pools: a splendid pool with water heated to 30° C., surmounted by a glass pyramid offering cervical waterfall, blower, effervescent beds, swimming against the current, whirlpool wells. Then there is a Kneipp water course for the vascularization of the lower limbs thanks to a combination of river-stone walk and whirlpool jets.

Turkish Bath From the Ottoman Turks and their hammams, the tradition of the Turkish bath has passed down to us. What makes it so appealing is a good tolerability of the combination of high humidity (100%) and radiated heat (42° C.). With its 3 aromatherapy routes it conveys to the body all the benefits of flowers, the extracts of which are introduced into the environment through steam inhalations.
Laconium Tepidarium The laconium represents the ideal solution above all for people who find Finnish saunas too hot and who cannot withstand the humidity of steam baths. At a temperature of about 50°-60° C., the heat radiated from the walls favours a detoxification process made even more enjoyable by a refreshing jet on the body. The most famous bath of ancient times was called by the Romans ‘tepidarium’: at a temperature of 39° C., it produces a sort of artificial fever. This temperature range creates the ideal conditions for decongesting and strengthening the immune system.

Sauna and Bio-sauna Our sauna is made of northern timber and can reach a temperature of around 80°-100° C., causing heavy skin transpiration, while humidity levels do not exceed 10-20%. The bio-sauna, or sanarium, is a soft sauna with low levels of air humidity - around 50% - and a temperature of 55° C. A pleasant form of regenerating sauna. At the end of a beneficial sauna session, a refreshing icefall drops from the ceiling. The prickling caused on the skin favours and stimulates blood circulation and, at the same time, strengthens the immune system. This is a truly wonderful wellness experience that firms and revitalises the skin, and can be repeated several times, at intervals with a sauna.

Bagno Turco Proprio dagli Ottomani e dal loro hammam, è stata tramandata la tradizione del bagno turco. Ciò che lo rende particolarmente amato è una buona tollerabilità della combinazione tra l’elevata umidità (100%) e il calore irradiato (42°). Con i suoi 3 percorsi di aromaterapia associa al corpo i benefici dei fiori, i cui estratti vengono immessi nell’ambiente attraverso inalazioni di vapore.
Laconium Tepidarium Il laconium rappresenta la soluzione ideale soprattutto per le persone che trovano la sauna finlandese eccessivamente calda e che non tollerano l’umidità del bagno turco. A una temperatura di circa 50°-60°, il calore irradiato dalle pareti favorisce un processo di disintossicazione reso ancor più piacevole da un getto rinfrescante sul corpo. Il più famoso bagno dell’antichità fu chiamato dai Romani ‘tepidarium’: ad una temperatura di 39°, induce una sorta di febbre artificiale. Questo range di temperature crea le condizioni ottimali per il decongestionamento e il rafforzamento del sistema immunitario.
Sauna e Bio-sauna La nostra sauna è realizzata in legname nordico e può raggiungere una temperatura intorno agli 80°-100°, inducendo un’abbondante traspirazione della pelle, mentre l’umidità non supera il 10-20%. La bio-sauna, o sanarium, è una sauna soft con una modesta umidità dell’aria, circa il 50%, e con una temperatura di 55°. Una piacevole forma di sauna rigenerante. A conclusione di una benefica seduta in sauna, dal soffitto scenderà una cascata di ghiaccio rinfrescante. Il formicolio così provocato sulla pelle favorisce e stimola la circolazione e, nel contempo, rafforza il sistema immunitario. Si tratta di una favolosa esperienza di benessere, che rassoda e rivitalizza la pelle, e può essere ripetuta più volte ad intervallo con la sauna.
