WALKING GROUP - BERWICK Overview Participants will meet at the Berwick Botanical Gardens and spend the day exploring the many difference walking tracks. They will enjoy gentle exercise to music and have lunch at the park. The group will look for different items of interest and undertake a treasure hunt throughout the day.

WALKING GROUP - FRANKSTON Overview Participants will meet at Frankston Library and explore the local and surrounding parks, walks and lakes. The group may catch a public bus or train to different places so a Myki card will be required.

10 PIN BOWLING AND SHOPPING Overview Participants will meet at Frankston Zone Bowling, play two games together, keeping their scores to see who is the champion at the end of the 12 weeks. The group will catch a public bus and/or walk to the Karingal Hub Shopping Centre to have lunch and do some personal shopping before meeting back at Frankston Zone Bowling.

SWIMMING & SHOPPING - FRANKSTON Overview Participants will meet at PARC Frankston, swim for two hours and will walk to the food court at Bayside Shopping Centre where they can have lunch and do some personal shopping before meeting back at PARC Frankston.

WALKING GROUP - CRANBOURNE Overview Participants will meet at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Cranbourne and explore the paths, gardens and tracks in and around the gardens. The group will have lunch at the park and complete a treasure hunt throughout the day.

Venue Meet at Royal Botanic Gardens, Cranbourne Ballarto Road and Botanic Drive, Cranbourne.

WALKING GROUP - LONG BEACH TRAIL Overview Participants will meet at the Bicentennial Park car park where they will walk along the Long Beach Trail towards Mordialloc or Carrum. Along the way stopping for a picnic lunch taking in the scenery, birds and wildlife before heading back to Bicentennial Park carpark.

Venue Meet at Bicentennial Park carpark Cnr Thames Promenade and Scotch Parade, Chelsea.

FISHING Overview Participants will meet at Frankston Library and travel to Carrum on the train, where they will walk to the Patterson River and fish together, learn how to cast, catch a fish or two, scale and fillet them before heading back to Frankston Library.

RIDING FOR DISABLED Overview Participants meet at Mornington Race Course, Riding for the Disabled venue, to enjoy a ride in the carriage travelling around the race course track. Morning tea and lunch will be eaten in the enclosed rooms on site.

Cost $120 insurance to be paid to RDA ($10 per week).

SWIMMING AND SHOPPING - CASEY Overview Participants will meet at Casey Race swimming pool in Cranbourne, swim for two hours and and either catch the public bus or walk to food court in Cranbourne Shopping Centre where they can have lunch and do some personal shopping and meet back at Casey Race.

Venue Meet at Casey RACE 65 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East.

WALKING GROUP - MCCLELLAND Overview Participants will meet at McClelland Scultpure Park and explore the area and have a picnic lunch. The group will then travel by public bus to Ballam Park and other local parks to explore before catching the bus back to McClelland Scultpure Park.

BIRD WATCHING - SEAFORD Overview Participants will meet at the Seaford Wetlands and explore the walking tracks and have a picnic lunch along the way. The group will identify different birds and plants whilst enjoying the surrounds and participating in passive exercise.

WALKING GROUP - WESTERN PORT Overview Participants will meet at Frankston Library and catch the Stony Point train getting off at Baxter, Somerville or Hastings and walking on the Western Port Bay Trail exploring the local and surrounding parks, walks and port area.

AFL OR LOCAL FOOTBALL GAME Overview Participants will meet at Cranbourne Railway Station, travel to football ground in Melbourne to watch AFL Game of the week times will vary depending the game time - this will be advised each week.

Venue Meet at Cranbourne Railway Station Station Street, Cranbourne.
