LongVanderburg Scholars Program Recognizing Diversity, Leadership and Service
Long-Vanderburg Scholars Program The Long-Vanderburg (LV) Scholars Program recognizes high scholastic achievement among those students who have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, leadership and community service. The program is named in honor of the first two African-American graduates of Millikin University, Fred Long, Class of 1918, and Marian Vanderburg McCants, Class of 1934.
