How We Work In many cases we can talk through situations over the phone, walking managers step by step through their particular enquiry and provide coaching and scripts to managers to support them in their execution of HR work from a distance. This includes preparing and tailoring scripts, letters and other documentation required to manage HR matters effectively. For more complex situations or when direct HR support is required, on site visits will be undertaken to support the delivery and implementation of HR activity. We tailor the service to suit your business needs, ensuring costs are controlled to deliver commercially effective solutions.
