Lisa Holm

As a community asset, Tuacahn entertains more than 265,000 patrons each year, with musicals, concerts, shopping, food, and other special events. Tuacahn is Utah’s largest professional non-profit theatre and acts as an economic engine generating an annual impact of more than $85 million. Visitors stay in hotels, enjoy restaurants, and shop at retail outlets while enjoying recreational activities in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Hyrum W. Smith

Tuacahn High School (THS) for the Performing Arts is Utah’s first public charter school, opening in 1999. THS offers an intimate college and career preparatory academic experience with a focus on the arts - music, dance, drama, musical theatre, visual arts, and technical theatre. There is no tuition for Utah residents and out-of-state students pay a modest investment to attend. Combined with the Amphitheatre, there is no other high school experience comparable to Tuacahn.

PROFESSIONAL BULL RIDERS APRIL 7–8, 2017 8:00 PM

This is not a rodeo. We don’t rope calves, and we don’t chase barrels. This is bull riding, and the first rule is just to stay alive. The Professional Bull Riders was created in 1992 when a group of 20 visionary bull riders broke away from the traditional rodeo scene seeking mainstream attention for the sport of professional bull riding. The combination of raw sport and quality entertainment has propelled the PBR to strong growth in live attendance as well. The PBR attracts over 1.5 million live event attendees each year with its multi-tiered event structure. Professional bull riding is a fierce, rough, and grueling sport with roots deeply imbedded in American culture. It’s America’s original extreme sport.

Kenny Loggins’ remarkable four-decade-plus career has brought him from the top of the charts to the toast of the Grammys. He’s had smash hits on Hollywood’s favorite soundtracks, and rocked worldwide stages, bringing his smooth, beautiful voice to platinum albums of a stunning variety of genres. His gift for crafting deeply emotional music is unparalleled, and it’s been a part of his life as long as he can remember. Though he’s got 12 platinum albums, a pair of Grammys, and hits on almost all the Billboard charts under his belt, Loggins is far from done. Loggins says. “I’ve been lucky that I love what I do and I get to keep doing it.”

CLINT BLACK

APRIL 27, 2017 8:00 PM

“To me, it’s only a ‘comeback’ in that I’m putting out something new,” says the award-winning singer-songwriter. “As someone who has never stopped working, I don’t see me as having gone away, as I tour extensively, write and produce for television, films as well as other artists.” Black’s On Purpose compiles a strikingly diverse group of his self-produced songs. His ballads “Only One Way to Live,” “Stay Gone,” “Breathing Air” and “The Last Day” have never cut deeper, while his spirited “Beer” and “Better and Worse” are among the most upbeat songs he has ever crafted. “Time For That,” “Doing It Now For Love” and “Summertime Song” are catchy examples of how groove-soaked his music can be.

BRIAN REGAN MAY 4–6, 2017 8:00 PM

Setting a comedic standard of excellence that others continually try to follow, Brian Regan made history on September 26, 2015 with the critically-acclaimed live broadcast of Brian Regan: Live From Radio City Music Hall, the first live broadcast of a stand-up special in Comedy Central’s history. And on May 8, 2015, Brian made his 28th and final stand-up performance on Late Show With David Letterman, the most of any comic since the show moved to CBS in 1993. Earlier this year Brian made a scene-stealing cameo in Chris Rock’s film, Top Five and he was seen in Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. But it is stand-up comedy that is Brian’s focus visiting close to 100 cities each year and selling out some of the most beautiful venues on the continent.
