or more than two centuries Molson Coors has been brewing beverages that unite people for all of life’s moments. We have
redefined our company values and set out to increase representation of people of color at all levels of our company. In 2020, we redirected social media spending to support organizations working to address issues of social justice. We launched a new scholarship program supporting people of color and LGBTQ+ students seeking degrees in brewing or fermentation sciences. And we will continue taking tangible steps to build a brighter future for our people and our communities.
