For 125 years, Church Mutual® has specialized in protecting purpose-driven organizations that serve and inspire others. In that spirit, we are committed to advancing equity and inclusion both within our company and in the communities we call home. We strongly support the MKE Fellows program, which helps ensure success for African American college students from Milwaukee. To foster positive change in our home state, Church Mutual is a founding sponsor of the Toward One Wisconsin inclusivity conference, a forum dedicated to building communities of equity and opportunity. During the pandemic, we redirected our charitable spending to underserved communities hardest hit by COVID-19. We have built strategies that enhance our inclusive workplace for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. Creating a culture where everyone can thrive makes us a stronger partner to serve those who make the world a better place.
“With our new downtown Milwaukee office, we’re thrilled to be a part of the community and contribute to the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion in the greater Milwaukee area.”

In 2020, GRAEF formed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council (DEIC) to accept the challenge of shaping a culture that models inclusion and embraces diversity. The Council is a close collaborator with firm leadership at GRAEF, a driver of courageous conversations, a believer in comfort with discomfort and an innovator looking to continuously improve GRAEF's impact on the workforce, workplace, and marketplace. Over the past two years, GRAEF began implementation of a strategic plan to initiate this active commitment and has since rolled out major milestones along the way. Fo r more than two centuries Molson Coors has been brewing beverages that unite people for all of life’s moments. We have redefined our company values and set out to increase representation of people of color at all levels of our company. In 2020, we redirected social media spending to support organizations working to address issues of social justice. We launched a new scholarship program supporting people of color and LGBTQ+ students seeking degrees in brewing or fermentation sciences. And we will continue taking tangible steps to build a brighter future for our people and our communities.

At Quad, we believe we have the responsibility to do more than just employ people. We must do our part to create an inclusive environment for our employees and be the change we want to see in our communities. To accomplish this, we have partnered with experts and organizations who are helping us on our diversity, equity and inclusion journey. We have engaged nationally acclaimed DEI experts like Milwaukee’s own Deanna Singh and Justin Ponder — a nd their team from Uplifting Impact — to help us roll out allyship training across our company. To address the racial employment gap in greater Milwaukee, we have teamed up with Running Rebels and its Pipeline2Promise program to connect people to careers and provide the training and transportation for success. To change the face of the marketing and advertising industry, we have joined with The BrandLab to introduce local young people w ho are racially or ethnically diverse or from lower-income households to viable creative careers. These and other efforts are the right thing to do and we committed to doing the right thing.
“Since our founding more than 50 years ago, Quad has been on a journey to create a better way for our employees, our clients, our communities and our world – a world in which we can do more together than as individuals apart.”Jennie
