BUTUAN City––Three people and another were injured in two road accidents in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur and Tagbina, Surigao del Sur. Killed were Alexander Maghinay Abang, 44, his wife Guadalupe, 45, and Benjie Amarille Ballos, 34, while the injured was Charlon Cabatingan, 19.
