BUTUAN City––Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and police operatives arrested a businessman and seized 31 sachets of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu and powdered marijuana leaves in a buybust operation on Vasquez Street, Barangay Washington, Surigao City last week. getting our son to safety,” said Johnamae. The entire family was able to swim to safety and eventually ended up in the nearby school where their other neighbors had also taken shelter.
