hood projects in Marawi City. It is also accountable for the restoration and maintenance of peace and order and the continuity of public services in the city. Atty. Alamia said the internal task force will submit consolidated reports and damage assessments to the national task force. She also said the ARMM government is continuously working and coordinating with the provincial government of Lanao del Sur on local issues and concerns. “ARMM’s Inter nal Task Force will work with its counterpart at the national and local levels,” she added. She also announced that the ARMM government will be purchasing a property either in the town of Saguiaran in Lanao del Sur, or in Marawi City, to be utilized as a public cemetery. A continuing validation and cleansing of data on displaced individuals from Marawi are still underway. Tracking of students who enrolled outside Marawi is also being conducted. Sayyaf militants hunted BASILAN – Security forces were hunting down Abu Sayyaf militants in the restive province of Basilan where four of its members had been captured last week. Police are now holding the militants who were involved in the kidnapping of 6 Vietnamese sailors, two of them beheaded early this month after their employer and families ignored ransom demands by the notorious extremist group. The men – Ibno Akmad, Taha Upao, Ibrahim Akmad and Bryan Upao – were being investigated by the police after their capture in
Lamitan City. They were accused of participating in the hijacking of the Vietnamese cargo ship MV Royal 16 on November 11 last year off Sibago Island in Basilan and the kidnapping of the crewmen. It was not immediately known whether they participated in the brutal killing of Hoang Thong and Hoang Va Hai whose decapitated bodies were discovered on July 5 in Sumisip town. The killings of the sailor came shortly after the militant freed Vietnamese sailor Huang Vo. The fate of the other hostages – Phang Minh Tuan, Do Trung Hieu and
Tran Khac Dung – is still unknown. Just recently, a Vietnamese crewman – Tran Viet Van – of another hijacked cargo ship MV Giang Hai was also found dead in Sulu province following fierce clashes between the army and militants in Patikul town on July 7. Van was among 6 Vietnamese sailors kidnapped by the Abu Sayyaf in February off Tawi-Tawi province near Sabah, Malaysia. Singapore joins Philippines in fighting ISIS in Marawi City Continued fr om page 1 from Defense Minister Ng Eng Hen said Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana briefed him on the situation in Marawi and told him what the military needs. In response, Ng said Singapore offers to deploy the drone and will also send a C-130 cargo plane to deliver humanitarian supplies to assist displaced residents of Marawi. He said Singapore will also train Filipino soldiers in urban warfare. “Armed Forces of the Philippines soldiers would benefit from training in our urban training villages – much needed for their current operations,” he said. Ng said many countries within ASEAN and other nations are monitoring the extremist violence in Marawi City. “Hundreds of innocent civilians have been killed and hundreds of thousands forced out from their homes by extremists in Marawi. These ISIS-linked networks have
openly declared their goal to establish an Islamic Caliphate in ASEAN, as they did in Iraq and Syria,” he said, adding, “peace-loving countries understand that if we do not combat terrorism together, we will be attacked individually, and our citizens will never be safe at home.” Ng said these extremist leaders want to establish bases in cities like Marawi and from there, launch further attacks against other cities within the Philippines and ASEAN, and urge their cells to attack targets in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. He said Lorenzana thanked him for the security assistance. “He and the AFP were very encouraged by the support from countries like Singapore,” Ng said. The United States and Australia also deployed P3 Orion spy planes in Marawi and are currently helping local military in locating ISIS fighters. Fighting is still raging
in Marawi despite the military’s pronouncement that it had killed nearly 500 militants since fierce clashes began on May 23 when local ISIS occupied the city in an effort to declare it as a province of the caliphate. Nearly 100 soldiers and over three dozen civilians were killed in the violence that displaced more than 200,000 people. Many of the militants managed to escape from the city, but security officials said less than a hundred fighters are still holed out in buildings in at least 4 villages. Just recently, the ISISrun AMAQ website said its fighters destroyed an armoured personnel carrier in Marawi which has been likened by war refugees to the city of Mosul in northern Iraq after photos of the devastation and aerial bombings and artillery fire by the military flattened many structures in the city. TECH TIPS: Android Nougat Problems And Their Solutions
THE ANDROID Nougat update has already arrived on many devices, and whether it's Android 7.0 or 7.1, a number of users are having issues. If the Nougat update has caused problems on your device, we've got the solutions for the most common ones here. Nougat installation pr oblems problems Having problems installing the Android Nougat update on your phone? First, you should make sure your phone is fully charged and connected to a stable Wi-Fi network before you try to download it. Next, you'll have to patiently wait for the update to install. The first time the phone tries to reboot after the installation, it might be exceptionally slow. This usually is nothing to worry about, but if it just hangs there for a long time, you may want to try wiping the system cache in Recovery mode. Reboot into recovery mode by holding down the power, volume up and home buttons at once. You'll see your manufacturer's logo pop up and then from the recovery menu you can use the volume up or down button to select Wipe cache partition and press the power button to execute the command. Then you can restart the phone and try to install the update again. If you're still having problems, you might have to resort to a factory reset - just don't forget to back up your data first. Nougat batter y dr ain battery drain If your battery life has been suffering since you updated to Android Nougat, you're not alone. It may seem counter-intuitive for an update which is meant to optimize battery usage to actually cause it to drain faster, but it can sometimes be the case. Don't worry: There's a solution! Once you've updated to Nougat, go to the Google Play Store and update all the apps on your phone so they are compatible with the new version of Android you've just installed. Then, clear the app caches and the system cache (as described in the previous tip) to get rid of old data. This little spring cleaning should do the trick to fixing Nougat battery life issues. Here's the fastest way to clear the caches of all your apps at once: Go to Settings > Storage and USB > Cached data, then tap OK to clear the cache of all your apps. If the problem persists, factory reset your phone (after you've backed up your data of course).

Nougat Wi-F i-Fii connectivity pr oblems problems If your Wi-Fi connectivity has gotten noticeably spottier since installing Android Nougat, you can try turning Wi-Fi off and back on again. If that doesn't work, turn off Wi-Fi, then reboot your phone and try to check it again. If that still doesn't work, 'forget' the Wi-Fi network in question, then try reconnecting. If you must, you can reset your network settings in Settings > Backup and reset > Network settings reset. Nougat B luetooth conBluetooth nectivity pr oblems problems Bluetooth problems are pesky, and sometimes it's hard to pin down the cause. The first thing you should try is turning Bluetooth off then on again. If that doesn't work, 'forget' the connection that's causing you trouble and try to connect it again. If that still doesn't work, boot into Safe Mode so third party apps can't interfere with the connection - this will help you figure out if a particular app is causing the problem, rather than the updated OS itself. Nougat cellular data issues If you're having Nougat mobile data connectivity problems, try to switch your cellular data off then on again. If that doesn't work, restart your phone and reenter your SIM pin code (if you have one). If your phone comes with a SIM card, you can also try removing it from the tray and re-inserting it. If all else fails, contact your carrier to see if it's a widespread issue with the Nougat update on devices sharing the same network. Nougat rrandom andom rebooting pr oblem problem If you're experiencing random reboots after the Nougat update, you're not alone. A number of users have experienced boot loop and random rebooting issues with Nougat. The Nexus 5X, in particular, seems to have a hardware issue with a small number of devices which causes boot looping. For other devices, though, it's purely a software issue which can be fixed without having to send it out for repair. Funnily enough, restarting your device may fix the random restarting problem. If the issue persists after that, try clearing your app caches and data. Nougat GPS issues Nougat users have been complaining about GPS issues since the updates began to roll out. To fix the problem, turn off GPS, then turn it back on to get a fresh con-
nection. If that doesn't work, try restarting your phone. Also, you can also try recalibrating your GPS, or clearing the cache of Google Maps (or whichever mapping app you use). Nougat black scr een screen issues Some Nougat users, particularly those with Galaxy S7 devices, have been getting a black screen on their phones. This bug was also present with Android Marshmallow, and leads to an unresponsive blank display. The first thing to do is turn off the phone using the power button, then turn it back on. If the screen still doesn't work, there's still hope. Try rebooting into recovery mode by holding down the power, volume up and home buttons at once. You'll see your manufacturer's logo pop up and then from the recovery menu you can use the volume up button to select Reboot system and press the power button to reboot the phone. Nougat audio issues To fix Nougat sound problems, try restarting the device after an update. Also, don't forget to check if your speaker grilles are clean and clear. If the problem is happening with a specific app, update that app to see if the problem persists. Nougat not connecting to PC If you're having USB connectivity issues after the Nougat update, it's most likely because you haven't chosen the correct option in the settings. The default setting is USB charging mode, which means you can't see files when you plug into your PC. When you connect your phone to your PC via USB, a notification will pop up which says "Connected for charging." Tap this and you'll see a number of options, of which you'll want to select MTP for transferring media files. This will allow you to copy files back and forth from your PC to your phone via USB. Nougat app cr ashing and crashing instability If apps are misbehaving, unstable or crashing since you update to Nougat, you likely just need to go the the Play Store and update your apps to the newest versions which are compatible with Nougat. If that doesn't solve the problem, clear the app cache and data to get rid of leftover data. If that still doesn't work, try uninstalling the problematic app and reinstalling it to really get a clean slate. (Brittany McGhee, AndroidPIT)

Ang sakit na appendicitis ay naguumpisa sa may sikmura at pagkaraan ng 2-3 araw ay lumilipat sa kanang bahagi. Masakit ang lugar na ito kapag dinidiinan. Kumonsulta agad iyong sa doktor. 4. Colic - Kapag paikotikot ang sakit at walang permanenteng lugar, ito ay marahil sa paghilab ng bituka. Ang tawag dito ay colic at hindi naman delikado. Maaaring nakakain ka ng maduming pagkain at magtatae ka lang. 5. Gastroenteritis Kung mahilab ang iyong tiyan at nagtatae ka, ito ay malamang dahil sa gastroenteritis o impeksyon na nakuha sa panis o maduming pagkain.
Uminom ng maraming likido (tubig, sopas o lugaw) at kumain ng saging. 6. Amebiasis - Kapag madalas kang dumumi at may bahid ito ng sipon at dugo, posibleng amebiasis ito. Puwede itong dysmennorhea (sakit kapag malapit na ang regla), ovarian cyst (bukol sa obaryo) o myoma. Tandaan: Huwag matakot kumonsulta sa isang doktor para malaman ang dahilan ng pananakit ng tiyan. – 2 large squid, cleaned – 2 medium ripe tomato, sliced into
small cubes – 2 medium yellow onion, sliced into small cubes – 2 thumbs ginger, minced – 2 tablespoons mirin
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce – 4 tablespoons annatto oil – 1 bunch scallions – 1 lime (or 2 pieces calamansi) – 1 teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
INSTR UCTIONS: INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Arrange squid in a bowl. Add soy sauce, mirin, and lime. Marinate for 12 minutes. 2) Combine onion, tomato, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.

3) Stuff the marinated squid with scallions and onion mixture. Secure the head of the squid using a toothpick to prevent it from falling off. 4) Heat the grill and start to grill one side of the squid. Brush annatto oil on top of the squid. Continue to grill for 2 minutes. 5) Turn the squid over to grill the opposite side. Brush annatto oil on top. Continue to grill for another 2 minutes. Note: Flip the squid every 2 to 3 minutes until it gets fully cooked. Do not overcook squid as the texture will be tough and rubberlike. 6) Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with a dipping sauce composed of chopped onion, tomato, soy sauce, and vinegar. 7) Share and enjoy!
