Description State-owned enterprise “«International Airport “Boryspil” is a state-run commercial enterprise of civil aviation. The enterprise operates state-owned assets and reports to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. The company operates to generate profit (income) by undertaking business activities; ground and technical maintenance of aircraft of airlines used for domestic, interstate and international routes; timely meeting the demand in the economy and public needs for priority service of air transportation of passengers, cargo and mail; providing aviation security. The director manages operations of the company, exercises control of operational, commercial and social activities, and ensures the company performs the tasks stipulated by law, charter and his/her contract. Facilitate increase in competition in air transportation by attracting new air carriers, including low-cost carriers; Create transparent and equal conditions for all carriers; Develop the company as hub airport; Develop the non-aviation line of business of the company; Develop direction of handling of cargo and mail at the enterprise; Develop plan of infrastructure development of the company: modernization of Hotels, completion of construction of the parking facilities, central gas-fueling station on the platform, rational usage of terminals «F», «B», etc; Optimization of operational and business activities; Implementation of international quality standards of customer service; Increase profitability of the company; Deliver on the financial plan of the company; Attract investment in the enterprise; Increase professional skills of personnel, foster corporate culture and develop leadership potential. Introduce key performance indicators (KPI), personnel evaluation and motivation systems. Create a system of succession planning and promotion of talents within the organization; Create a long-term development strategy for the company. Develop and consistently implement an action plan to optimize costs and business processes; Coordinate work with the Ministry of Infrastructure.

Additional professional requirements
At least 5 years of executive experience in transportation industry; Successful managerial experience in aviation industry will be a plus; Experience in executive positions in international companies in Ukraine or abroad will be an advantage; Successful experience in optimizing operational processes and reorganization of the enterprises; Knowledge of legislation in the aviation sector, trends and prospects in the industry will be a plus.
Winner of the contest must obtain Ukrainian citizenship before concluding the contract
